Our love is like a rose
Something beautiful and
Wondrous to be hold
And even though the blossoms
May scatter and dance upon the wind
And the flower may wither
It is not the end because our love
Will never die it will return in due time
Buds of love will sprout anew
And our flower of love will blossom and bloom
Becoming something new and profound
Like all flowers this one too
Will wither and die
It's petals will scatter
To the winds of time
But our rose of love
Will bloom again
And each time it blooms anew
It becomes more precious and beautiful
So wondrous and profound
A love so special that we have found
